Victory Living Programs, Inc. is a non-profit, 501(c)3 organization which provides a wide range of services to individuals with developmental disabilities to assist them on their road to independence.
Mission Statement:
Victory Living Programs, Inc. will provide the guidance, training and other necessary assistance to individuals who have developmental disabilities or other special needs to help them become included, productive and contributing members of their communities.
