2012 Cheeseburger In Paradise Fundraiser Dinner

Our Annual Cheeseburger in Paradise Event was held on Saturday March 10, 2012 at Fort Lauderdale Country Club. We had a fabulous silent auction with baskets based on Jimmy Buffet song titles. A big thank you goes out to the many businesses and individuals who donated items for the baskets. A live auction was held to auction off a weeks vacation in the mountains of North Carolina, a Parrot fan and  a very unusual tequila gun. We also owe a huge thank you to the Fort Lauderdale Country Club and all the staff who helped to make the evening so special. Guests feasted on their choice of burgers or chicken sandwiches served from a bountiful burger bar with every conceiveable topping and a variety of accompaniments, including fries, onion rings, sweet potatoe fries. For the sweet tooth in all of us, guests had their choice of delectible cakes. Dinner was followed by music and dancing. There wasn't an empty spot on the dance floor.  A GREAT time was had by all.
