On Saturday, April 14, 2018, Victory Living's three volleyball teams traveled to Lake Wales to attend the Ridge Volleyball Tournament, held at the Vanguard School and hosted by the Ridge Community High School Special Olympics team, coached by Joseph and Casey Wigand and Chelesa Pace. Competing against four teams from Polk County, our teams all played 4 to 5 games and did a great job! Our very own Darrell Bryant was voted Superhero of the tournament and received a hand painted portrait of the Avengers superheroes. We want to thank Ridge Community High School and the Vanguard School for hosting a fun-filled day of competition and friendship.
Then, on Saturday April 21, 2018, Victory Living's three volleyball teams attended a volleyball clinic at Cardinal Gibbons High School hosted by the Cardinal Gibbons volleyball teams. The day began with one-on-one instruction and ended with an afternoon of games. Thank you, Cardinal Gibbons!
