For most adults with disabilities, it’s hard to imagine a living situation independent of one’s family or caregiver. Victory Living’s first-class Supported Living Program makes the dream of living independently a reality!
Understanding the need for our clients to socialize and live in caring environments, the Supported Living Program strategically matches each client up with one or two roommates to complement his or her abilities. The duo or trio occupies a two or three bedroom apartment respectively, where they live as roommates and friends who share household chores and socialize with one another. Upon request, clients also have the option to live in their own apartment. Victory Living Programs ensures that all clients are placed in opulent apartment complexes located in the greater Ft. Lauderdale area.
At a minimum of five times per month, Supported Living Coaches visit individually with clients in the comfort of their own home. Assisting with various tasks from personal finances, to meal planning, shopping and public transportation, each client is provided with the support services he or she needs to live independently.
Clients often enjoy premier amenities such as a swimming pool, lushly landscaped grounds perfect for afternoon walks, and spacious apartments with access to an on-site laundry facility. Victory Living Programs makes a special effort to locate apartments that are strategically located in close proximity to local grocery stores, pharmacies and public transportation.
