We are closely monitoring the evolving COVID-19 situation in Broward County. The health and well-being of our clients and staff remains our highest priority. We are following the recommendations from the Florida Department of Health, the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention, as well as local lawmakers.
Our Adult Day Training/Community Inclusion Program is suspended until the end of April based on current CDC guidelines. However, we continue to remain in contact with our ADT/Community Inclusion clients to help prevent feelings of isolation as well as monitor their health and safety. Our Supported Living clients will continue to receive necessary services with frequent check-ins and regular health monitoring. Employment programs continue to operate in a scaled-back manner according to the current environment. Additionally, all social and recreational programs are suspended until further notice.
We urge everyone to be a good community neighbor and look for ways to enact social distancing into your everyday lives to help disrupt the spread of COVID-19. We will continue to provide updates regarding our programming as they become available.
