COVID-19 Update 7/23/2020

As numbers of  Covid-19  cases and deaths continue to increase, the health, safety and well-being of the individuals we serve remains our number one priority. We are fortunate that, up to this point, our participants and our staff are all healthy and safe. Updates to our programs are:

  • Adult Day Training Program – it remains closed at this time. We do not have a projected re-open date however we are developing a plan so that when the time comes we will be ready to re-open in the safest manner. As with everything in society, the look, feel and structure will change however the goal of enriching the lives of the individuals in the program will not change. We continue to maintain contact with the individuals in the program via regular phone calls.
  • Supported Living – services continue on a daily (7 day a week) basis with the additional precautions, education and training predicated by Covid-19 in place.

  • Employment/Supported Employment Services – continue on a limited basis. The time is being used to educate and train individuals as to the changes they will see at their places of employment once it is safe for them to return to work and/or seek employment. We also continue to maintain contact with employers.

  • Activities – although face-to-face activities and sports training are not taking place at this time, we continue to offer daily activities via email and weekly events via Facebook Live. We also maintain contact via phone calls.

We will keep you updated as time progresses. In the meantime, please remember to stay vigilant and follow the CDC guidelines of social distancing and wearing a mask. Thank you for your support and patience during this difficult and ever-changing time.
